In addition to Chief James McLaughlin the following promotions were slated to take place at last night’s ceremony at City Hall: David Morse, Assistant Chief; Richard J. Bellevance, Battalion Chief; Keith Brown and Marcel Fontenault Jr., Captain; Gerard A. Bogossian, Rescue Captain and William A. Alsfeld, Scott C. Iamarone, Daniel J. DeRobbio and Christopher W. Albro, Lieutenants and Bradford T. Ginaitt and Michael P. Kretchman, Rescue Lieutenants.
During the ceremony several retirements will be recognized including Edmund Armstrong as Chief, Bruce Cooley as assistant chief as well as Captain Matthew F. McCauley, Rescue Captain Bryan J. Owens, Lieutenant Carl Pecchia and Lieutenant Michael F. Shea.
