Mayor Allan Fung recently cut the ribbon at Rolfe Square’s newest business, Mosaic Restaurant.
The restaurant, owned by brothers Fadi and Shadi Al-Tarazi, prepared a delicious tasting of its food and desserts for those in attendance on Oct. 14.
Mosaic’s goal is to share its “Oriental Syrian food and Damascus culture,” according to the restaurant’s website. The establishment has hired 18 employees and its looking to hire another 10.
