Saturday variety show at Woodbury

The 13th annual Thompson Memorial Variety Show will be held Sept. 24 at 7 p.m. at Woodbury Union Church, corner of West Shore Road and Beach Ave. Come and enjoy a night of comedy and song unlike anything you've seen before. Tickets are $10 each, with children 12 and under free. This year's proceeds will go to two worthy charities, Best Buddies RI and Let's Read RI. Both charities have websites where you can get more information on what they do. Refreshments will follow the show.
