Ceremonies were held throughout the city Tuesday and Wednesday in honor of Veterans Day. There were flag raising events; assemblies where students sang and read poems to veterans; and even a student-run observation at Vets High. You’ll find coverage throughout today’s Beacon, including that of the St. Rose of Lima School event where these veterans waited to be called to the stage.
