U.S. Air Force National Guard Airman 1st Class Jocelyn R. Desisto recently graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas. The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness and basic warfare principles and skills. Desisto is the daughter of Elaine M. and Jonathan J. Desisto of Warwick and a 2006 graduate of Pilgrim High School. She earned a bachelor’s degree in 2011 from Rhode Island College.
