DOMESTIC SIMPLE ASSAULT

At 5:50 p.m., May 20, Cranston Police Officers arrested Amanda Cirillo, 38, of 35 Church Hill Drive, Cranston, for Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct as a result of a disturbance at 114 Cleveland Ave. Cirillo was arraigned and released by a Justice of the Peace.

Following the same incident, Cranston Police Officers also arrested David Turcotte, 39, of 114 Cleveland Ave., Cranston, for Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct as a result of a disturbance at his home address. Turcotte was also arraigned and released by a Justice of the Peace.


SEX OFFENDER ADDRESS CHANGE

Around 3:58 p.m., May 18, Cranston Police Officers arrested Rodney Grudain, 55, of 30 Howard Ave., Cranston, for one count of Sexual Offender Address Change Required. The arrest was the result of a previously issued Arrest & Affidavit Warrant, and subsequent arrest by Providence Police. Grudain was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and remanded to ACI Intake as a probation violator.


EMBEZZLEMENT

Around 12:07 p.m., May 18, Cranston Police Officers arrested David Brian Williams, 39, of 11 Wildacre Drive, for one count of Embezzlement. The arrest was a result of an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant pickup out of Rhode Island State Police (RISP) Headquarters. Williams was awaiting arraignment, according to Cranston Police


SIMPLE ASSAULT

Around 5:40 p.m., May 17, Cranston Police Officers arrested Christopher Hiciano, 25, of 625 Public St., Apt. 105, Providence, for one count of Domestic -Simple Assault/Battery, one count of Domestic -Disorderly Conduct, one count of Simple Assault/Battery, and one count of Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a previously issued Arrest & Affidavit Warrant, and subsequent arrest by Providence Police. Hiciano was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.


DRUG POSSESSION

Around 12:30 a.m., May 16, Cranston Police Officers arrested Justin McFadden, 39, of 230 Flint Ave., Cranston, for Possession of a Schedule I Substance (Fentanyl) as a result of a call for a suspicious vehicle on Packard Street. According to Cranston Police, McFadden was held for morning court as a probation violator.


DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Around 4:41 p.m., May 15, Cranston Police Officers arrested Donald Johnson, 29, of 987 Chalkstone Ave., Providence, for Disorderly Conduct, as a result of a disturbance at Cranston Police Department Headquarters, 5 Garfield Ave. Johnson was arraigned and released by a Justice of the Peace.


OBSTRUCTING OFFICER

Around 4:41 p.m., May 15, Cranston Police Officers arrested Derrick Person, 52, of 216 Sunbury St., Providence, for Disorderly Conduct and Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty as a result of a disturbance at Cranston Police Department Headquarters, 5 Garfield Ave. Derrick Person was held as a probation or parole violator and transported to Men’s Intake at the ACI-Cranston.

Following the same incident, Cranston Police Officers also arrested Derricka Person, 31, of 55 Fort St., East Providence, for Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct, and Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty, following the CPD HQ disturbance. Derricka Person was arraigned and released by Justice of the Peace


SIMPLE ASSAULT

At 7:33 p.m., May 15, Cranston Police Officers arrested Robert Verdone, 34, of 179 Woodbine St., Apt. 2, Cranston, for Simple Assault and Disorderly Conduct as a result of a disturbance at the Family Dollar, 570 Pontiac Ave. Verdone was arraigned and released by a Justice of the Peace.


WARRANT ARREST

At 10:22 p.m., May 15, Cranston Police Officers arrested Gabrielle Reid, 35, of 39 Dyer Ave, North Kingstown, for a 3rd District Court Bench Warrant as a result of a traffic stop on Puritan Avenue. Reid was transported to Women’s Intake at the ACI.


WARRANT ARREST

At 8:09 p.m., May 15, Cranston Police Officers arrested Donald Graham, 36, of 62 Beacon St., Cranston for a Superior Court Bench Warrant as a result of a wellbeing check at the aforementioned address. Graham was transported to Men’s Intake.


DOMESTIC DISORDERLY

At 5:47 P.M., May 14, Cranston Police Officers arrested Ryan Palumbo, 29, of 1699 Cranston St., Apt. 8, Cranston for Domestic Disorderly Conduct as a result of a disturbance at the aforementioned address. Palumbo was arraigned and released by a Justice of the Peace.


DOMESTIC ASSAULT

At 9:41 p.m., May 14, Cranston Police Officers arrested Tasha Wallace, 23, of 24 Villa Ave. Apt. 2, Cranston, for Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct as a result of a disturbance at 9 Oakland Ave., Apt. 2. Wallace was awaiting arraignment, according to police.


PROTECTION ORDER VIOLATION

At 1:38 p.m., May 14, Cranston Police Detectives arrested Mark Vong, 67, of 40 Goddard St., Second Floor, Providence, for Violation of a Protection Order. The arrest is the result of Vong turning himself in at 3rd District Court, according to Cranston Police. Vong was arraigned at 3rd District Court.


OBSTRUCTING OFFICER

At 1:12 p.m., May 14, Cranston Police Officers arrested Roland Bernier, 39, of 234 Ausdale Road, Cranston, for two counts of Simple Assault and Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty. The call was the result of an arrest and affidavit warrant pickup attempt at McDonald’s, 923 Cranston St. Bernier was awaiting arraignment, according to police.


NO LICENSE

Around 1:55 a.m., April 13, Warwick Police Officer Michael S. Petrarca Jr. was at a fixed post along Centerville Road when he spotted a Nissan Rogue pass by, allegedly drifting over the fog line. He initiated a traffic stop near Tennis RI.

Police identified the driver as Geury Oneal, 26, of 378 Wellington Ave., Cranston. He told police that his license was suspended. It was Oneal’s fourth charge for driving without a license, a misdemeanor and arrestable offense.

Oneal was removed from the vehicle and taken into custody. He was transported to Warwick Police Headquarters and his vehicle was towed from the scene.

Oneal was charged with Driving with a Suspended License (fourth offense).
