Dr. Storms joins Thundermist

Pediatrician Angelica A. Storms, MD has joined Thundermist Health Center of West Warwick. Dr. Storms attended Universidad Panamericana Medical School in Mexico City, Mexico. Upon graduating, she completed her pediatric residency at Miami Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Storms has a special interest in child development and behavior, before joining Thundermist she was part of the Developmental-Behavioral Pediatric Fellowship at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, California for one and a half years.  During this time, Dr. Storms worked in specialized developmental clinics as well as general pediatric clinics and completed a mini-fellowship in primary pediatric psychopharmacology.

As a pediatrician at Thundermist of West Warwick, Dr. Storms will provide primary and preventative care to children from birth to 18 years. In addition to primary care and preventive care, pediatric services at Thundermist of West Warwick include same day sick visits, immunizations, ADHD management, developmental screening, behavioral health evaluation and intervention, nutrition, and comprehensive asthma care and education.

Thundermist is a level three Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) providing care to patients and accepts most insurances. Sliding scale fees are available based on income and family size.
