Life coach Gina Colvario Krupka will speak about how to cultivate internal and external peace for the holidays and the New Year at Warwick Public Library on Wednesday, December 5 at 7 p.m. You can’t control everything that happens in your life, but with techniques from Gina, you can learn to take care of yourself and keep your cool in stressful situations.
