Maryanna (Fotopoulos) Floskis, 85, passed away at home, February 1, 2017, with her son Teddy by her side. Maryanna was the beloved wife of the late William M. Floskis.
Born in Rockland, MA, she was a daughter of the late Peter and Elizabeth (Hatzopoulos) Fotopoulos. Maryanna worked as an office manager at Goluses & Co. for 24 years before retiring. She was an active member of her church choir for over 25 years, PTA, and the Ladies Philoptochos Society. Maryanna enjoyed sewing, needlepoint, and gardening.
She was the loving mother of Theodore W. Floskis, "Teddy," and grandmother of Martin; sister of the late Dr. John, and Jim Fotopoulos.
Her funeral will be held Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave., with a funeral service at 11 a.m. in the Church of the Annunciation, Greek Orthodox Church, Oaklawn Ave, Cranston. Burial will be in North Burial Ground, Providence. Visiting hours Monday 4-7 p.m.
