Joyce S. (Robideau) Mesolella, 77, of Cranston, passed away Sunday, January 14, 2024 at the Miriam Hospital, Providence.
She was the beloved wife of the late Phillip M. Mesolella, who passed away in 2020. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Wilfred J. Robideau, Jr. and Rosina (Martino) Robideau. She was a resident of Cranston for fifty-two years.
Mrs. Mesolella was an administrative assistant for many years before retiring from St. Rocco’s Church in Johnston.
She is survived by two brothers-in-law, Gerald A. Mesolella and his wife Joan of East Bridgewater, MA and Agostino “Gus” Mesolella, CMSgt. (Ret.) and his wife Maureen of Warwick and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Anthony Robideau.
The family wishes to thank the wonderful and caring staff at Brentwood Nursing Home for the exceptional care they gave Joyce.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a visitation on Thursday, January 18, 2024 from 9:30-10:00 a.m. in SS. John and James Church, 20 Washington Street, West Warwick followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Flowers are respectfully omitted.
