Michael W. “Mic” Izzo


Michael W. “Mic” Izzo, 51, died Friday, August 18, 2017 at Rhode Island Hospital. He was the beloved husband of the late Colleen A. (LeClerc) Izzo.

Born in Providence, a son of Frank Izzo and the late Maryann (Mroz) Izzo. He resided in North Providence, before moving to Warwick in 2001. Mic worked as an appliance specialist for Home Depot since 2001 and as an overnight security guard at Jake Kaplan’s Automotive for the past 15 years.

He is survived by his daughter, Lynz-Michele Izzo and step-children: Samantha, Kayla and Eric Pavao. He also leaves his beloved granddaughter Aaliyah Izzo.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial, Thursday, August 24, 2017, at 10 a.m. at the Blessed Sacrament Church, Academy Avenue, Providence. Burial will be private.
