Emily Blunt stars as pharmaceutical company rep Liza Drake in this expose film loosely based on real and recent events within the industry.

She is hired by a struggling drug company even though she has no experience or credentials to convince doctors to switch their cancer pain medications to theirs.

Illegal methods are used to promote
the drug, including kickbacks, huge payments for speaking programs and selling drugs “off label” (Intended for another purpose).

The company makes millions people die,  until everything falls apart.

Andy Garcia plays the head of the company.

The series follows crimes committed in four different eras, with the connection among the characters vague at first, but eventually coming together.

The story is far out and requires you attention to detail as you and the various detectives try to figure out whodunnit and why.

It gets a bit deep at times, dealing with free will and other psychological subjects.
