On their way up

In preparation to the restoration of the Warwick City Hall tower, a project that includes a new copper dome for the building, Veterans Scaffold started the erection of scaffolding this week. EF O’Donnell & Sons will be doing the work under a $772,035 contract. The work is to be completed by late this fall. Here, Mike Trusas prepares to install a scaffolding walkway. Bob Fournier carries plywood.

This will look nice above the new Apponaug roads which will give the historic section less through traffic. The district could really come alive, especially when we dont have to fear stepping out of our cars! Need a breakfast/lunch restaurant and more shops.
