Promotions, 9 to join police ranks at ceremony tonight

During the ceremony, Thomas A. DeGregorio and Nicholas A. Reay will both be promoted to the rank of Sergeant. Michael T. Isherwood and Jonathan M. Reiff will be sworn in as Third Class Officers. Also, Matthew T. Caradimos, Robert B. Collins, Anthony D’Abrosca, Maxwell A. Neiley, Thomas R. Paine, Richard P. O’Dell and Joseph R. Tanner will all be sworn in as probationary officers.

The Warwick Police Honor Guard will post the colors, and Mayor Avedisian will administer the oath of office. Father Robert Marciano, the department chaplain, will give the invocation and benediction. Avedisian and McCartney will offer remarks.
