Michael F. Quinn, 69 of Warwick, a fourth-generation funeral director passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 surrounded by his loving family.

 He was born in Providence, a devoted son of the late Walter A. Jr. and Joyce F. (Ring) Quinn.

 He is survived by his wife, Margaret F. “Peggy” (Hewitt) Quinn; a son, Michael J. Quinn and his wife, Gabby and their daughters, Emma and Mackenzie, and a daughter, Kristen E. Quinn and husband, Adam Wright and their sons, Declan and Kellan, both of Massachusetts; two sisters, Sharon A. Tourigny and husband, James of Warwick, and Leslie A. Green and husband, Paul of East Greenwich; three brothers Walter A. Quinn III of California, Patrick J. Quinn and wife, Catherine of East Greenwich, and Jerome D. Quinn of Warwick; nine nieces and nephews and three grand-nieces.

 Michael served as a funeral director starting with his father in 1974 before retiring as President of the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home in Warwick, the Tucker-Quinn Funeral Chapel in Greenville, the Fagan-Quinn Funeral Home in North Kingstown, and the Potvin-Quinn Funeral Home in West Warwick.

 He was a graduate of LaSalle Academy, Providence College, and the New England Institute of Applied Arts & Sciences. He was a member of both the National and Rhode Island Funeral Directors Associations. His interests were music, sport cars, and traveling, especially on cruises. Outside of the funeral home, Michael focused on developing real estate in Warwick, Narragansett, South Kingstown, Little Compton, Boston, and Glen, New Hampshire. He was an avid dog lover.

 His funeral will be held on Saturday November 4, 2023 at 9:30 am from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Avenue, Warwick with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am in St. Kevin Church, 333 Sandy Lane, Warwick. His burial will follow in Quidnessett Memorial Cemetery, North Kingstown. Visiting hours will be held on Friday, from 4-7 pm.
