If the buck doesn’t stop with the mayor, where does it stop?

I don't know about you but I would rather the Mayor be working on more important things in the city than to micromanage the Sewer Authority on where the staging is to be placed. When it is all said and done, trees were cut down. Lives weren't lost, homes weren't destroyed and life went on. Let's keep the Mayor focused on the more important issues than why trees were accidently cut down. But then again,
