Rhode Island Chapter of the National Guard and Ocean State Job Lot to Host First Annual Soldiers and Airmen Rhody 5k Run/Walk on June 23rd

The Rhode Island Chapter of the Enlisted Association of the National Guard (RI-EANGUS), and platinum sponsor Ocean State Job Lot, invite members of the community to participate in the First Annual Soldiers & Airmen Rhody 5k Run/Walk at Quonset Air National Guard Base on Sunday, June 23rd. In addition to the race, guests will be treated to food trucks, barbeque, rock walls, bouncy-houses, face painting, and military equipment displays to ensure a fun-filled day for all.

The event will directly benefit members of the Rhode Island National Guard and their families. Participants have two entry options: $30, which includes a cotton race t-shirt, or $40 with a long-sleeved performance race shirt. Trophies will be awarded to each of the top three male and female finishers.
