Everyone is feeling sticker shock as the price of groceries keeps climbing, but with a few good strategies, you can cut the cost of shopping for food. Making a list, using coupons, checking price per unit, limiting your shopping trips, and stocking up on deals can all help keep expenses down.
Join the Healthy Habits team to learn tips and tricks for smart food shopping on any budget. Watch a cooking demo, and then taste how good saving money can be.
Healthy Habits: Eating Well on a Budget workshops are based on science-supported nutrition information and presented by culinary and nutritional professionals from the Rhode Island Community Food Bank.
Cooking and food education events are made possible by the Warwick Public Library Charlie Cart mobile kitchen.
