Joseph W. Sullivan, 73, of Martinsburg, WV, died Jan. 23, 2024, at Berkeley Medical Center in Martinsburg after a brief illness. He was born Oct. 9, 1950, in Providence, RI, to James and Margaret Sullivan, now deceased, and grew up in Warwick, RI. Joe’s cremains will be interred at the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Exeter, RI. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Saint Joseph School, 110 E. Stephen St., Martinsburg, WV 25401.
