Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held, and a vote may be taken at the City of Warwick, Sawtooth Annex Community Room, 65 Centerville Road, Warwick, RI, on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, beginning at 6:00 P.M. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider, and the Planning Board may vote, on a Major Land Development Project for Preliminary Plan Approval. The Applicant is requesting to demolish the existing single-family dwelling to allow for the development of a four-unit residential complex on a 31,529 square foot lot with the following waivers, in the A-10 Planned District Residential-Limited Overlay (PDR-L), with waivers.
