Rob Danis has rejoined Home Loan Investment Bank, FSB, located at One Home Loan Plaza in Warwick as a member of the bank’s residential lending team. In this role, Rob will be responsible for offering his extensive knowledge on mortgage lending and offering superior customer service.
An 18-plus year veteran of the mortgage banking industry, Danis returns to Home Loan, having started his career there in 1996 as a Loan Representative and Loan Officer Trainee. He was promoted to Loan Officer in 1997, becoming the top producer.
In 2001' Danis strengthened his business acumen by graduating from the Bryant University MBA program. Danis reentered the mortgage industry in 2004 with Embrace Home Loans, Inc. of Newport, where he served the last 14 years in various roles including loan officer, sales manager and team leader. Mentoring & developing beginning loan officers and being responsible for the production of a team of up to 12 people in the past has greatly added to his appreciation of how strong teamwork can result in increased production and a great customer experience. In 2014, Danis made a full commitment to focusing on the role of Loan Officer helping people purchase the home of their dreams or refinance an existing one.
A graduate of Colby College, Danis resides in North Kingstown, with his wife and two children. He enjoys spending time with his family and golfing in the local area.
