I wondered why it was going to take nine months to replace the bridge over Buckeye Brook on Tidewater Dr., and I think I found my answer. The last three times I have visited the job site to check on progress, there was nobody working there. Did they knock off for the winter, or is there a manpower shortage?
I think the residents on the east side of Warwick Neck deserve an explanation. Maybe a reporter from the Beacon can contact the Cardi Company and write a story in a future edition of the Beacon as to what the delay is.
