With forecasters calling for another wet weekend, Mayor Frank Picozzi took some time off from the corner office in City Hall to work on his renowned digital Christmas display Tuesday at his home on Gristmill Avenue. As heavy winds beat up the display last year, sending some of the giant snowflakes to ground, Picozzi said much of his work this year goes into rebuilding.
