And when did I claim that Jimmy??? Lets talk facts:

1. The side deal on unused sick time was made outside of ratification and the numbers were manipulated. Look at the contract language. " he or she shall, at the end of each year, be entitled to

be paid for three-fourths (3/4) of his or her unused, yearly sick leave entitlement, prorated on a monthly basis, not to exceed fifteen (15) days".

Do you see the 3/4? When you do the math this was exceeded. In some cases by huge margins. The premise of the language is to pay 3/4 or 75% of the UNUSED PORTION of the allocation of sick days. In other words, the only way you can get paid for 15 days is if you had perfect attendance. You cant take 8 days out and still get paid the maximum of 15 days. 20 - 8 = 12 12 x .75% = 9 days. How could there be so many men that took 8 days out yet still were paid for perfect attendance. Im not going to argue mathematics with you as you will always try to spin it.

2. The vacation increase language was never in the tentative agreement, nor was it in the fiscal note, nor was it spoken about. Yet months later it shows up in the contract, and no one finds it but me. That manipulation was just under $100,000.

3. The medical exams was a complete scam. Language was removed 6 years ago, savings shown on the fiscal note, yet the line item funded every year and the money just happened to disappear.

I cant beat the point anymore. There is and has been manipulation on a massive scale. You know it, everyone knows it. I dont care what any audit says, I dont need an audit to perform simple math.
