The Providence Place Showcase Cinema is reaching out to the large Hispanic and Latino population in Rhode Island, offering first-run feature films either dubbed in Spanish or with Spanish subtitles.
It is also a good opportunity for Spanish language students to learn the language by watching films.
“The most anticipated new releases will be shown at Providence Place,” according to spokesperson Erin DeVito.
The first films being offered are “Dawn of the Planet of the Apes,” certain to be one of the most popular and best films this summer, and “Planes: Fire and Rescue.”
