The city council must NOT release any bond money until the school administration and school committee conduct community meetings with complete details!
This can best be accomplished with a review of the original proposal for the schools in what I can best describe a “ contrast and compare” of all of the pertinent facts of what will be eliminated and further discussion of what the phrase “value engineering”
actually means and what is likely to be eliminated under “value engineering “ going forward!
