If you go to YouTube and search you'll find Mr. Cushman's presentation on December 15th, 2014, to the City Council. At no point was there any mention of CVS. Mr. Lloyd, by involving CVS, has possibly infringed upon Mr. Cushman's 1st Amendment rights.
