Mayor Solomon is making repairs to existing City properties instead of selling them off as Avedisian wanted. This makes much more business sense and shows a vast improvement in philosophy from the old Mayor to the new Mayor.
That should save tax dollars for the 80,000 taxpayers that are paying the tab.
Warwick is starting to look better.
