Isn't "the captain" the same guy who has been arrested numerous times for making crank calls, assaulting a DPW worker, and almost blowing up an entire neighborhood by pouring gasoline down a storm drain? Not to mention, he was removed from a local funeral home by the police for disrupting a funeral service. How does he have any credibility, and more importantly, how does he have any dignity?
