I wish I could wager a bet that there will be no savings in overtime in the firefighters budget. They have blown the budget for 30 years. Unless you consider ONLY going over by 500,000 instead of 1 million or more. I guess in some weird way you could claim savings. Nope, the FF will still make their money and demand pensions and benefits we can't afford.
