I sincerely feel bad for all Warwick pensioners because in less than 20 years from now, they will all take a haircut in their benefits when Warwick goes bankrupt - it's guaranteed because it's a fact Warwick is losing it's tax base. Every year more people move out than move in. The unfunded liability just keeps getting bigger. No one in this comment section will even live long enough to witness or care if the 2% contribution worked.

If I were a city worker, I would be putting aside something that resembles retirement savings because Warwick literally wont have the money to pay you what they promised in 20 years.
