homie says everything is hunky dory, while cushman lays out the various obligations - including water infrastructure etc - and says it simply cant be kept up with even having maximum ~4% tax rate increases every year from now on.

if nothing else, the proof will be in the pudding... when we see max tax levy increases, programs cut, user fees such as "pay per bag" trash, and substantial annual water and sewer rate increases, then we'll know who was right.

hope it doesnt happen, but there will be NO DOUBT one way or the other within a few short years...
