Just because you request to speak to the chief it doesn’t mean it’s going to happen. This is municipal government and not Wal-Mart. Save your “I want to speak to the manager” b.s. for the people in customer service that you undoubtedly try to intimidate.
Nobody cares what you have to say. Stop bothering these guys and girls who are trying to do the cities business. They don’t have time to listen to you rant and rave.
