Read again, or get someone to read it SLOWLY to you. It was about the lack of professionalism of the NEW EMA Director and WFD Chief. His troops have the same attitude towards taxpayers. Entitled LOSERS. He, not me, instructed my call with a question to he sent to him, through his phone answerers, same as will be on EMA phones no doubt, and then he refused to respond to see what the question was. Unprofessional, overpaid, entitked career firefighter. Shows that WFD needs a civilian manager to lead them if you want efficiency, NOT ONE OF THE BOYS.
