Governor, quick question. How is your administration specifically contributing to "systemic racism", and what steps are you taking to address this within your administration? Follow up: As to "inequities" in health care, could you please identify health care facilities that bar minorities from receiving service or care. Finally, do you expect Rhode Island taxpayers to underwrite any of the rampant and felonious carnage from last night which, apparently, have made you "...proud to be a Rhode Islander"?
