All RI Congressional representatives speak with the same voice. There is no difference & no choice to those in RI who are opposed to this climate change demagoguery. Capt Monti "thanks Senator Whitehouse for holding the event and being such a supporter of those that advocate for clean air, water, oceans and energy." Trouble is these climate change advocates are not calling for clean air, water and oceans; they are talking about shutting down the fossil fuel industry by criminalizing the corporate CEOs (Sen Sanders said as much at the debates) and demonizing the industry to replace it with sun & wind energy etc. Tell me Capt Monti, what is going to fuel the fishing boats and trawlers, and how are they going to get the fish to the markets, and how will the markets be heated and how will the stoves bake the fish? Are the fisherman going to be required to use sail, ala Greta (how dare you) Thunberg? And that most moral of men, Rep Cicilline said that Americans have chosen science over fiction at last election. Capt Monti, where is the science for human caused climate change and I am not denying that the climate around here has become warmer in my lifetime. If you believe that humans have caused this change, then please explain who warmed up the glaciers that supposedly covered RI thousands of years ago and left these gigantic boulders in western RI ? If you make the claim, then man up and answer these questions.
