I agree, demolish the annex and start fresh. Apponaug is a historic gem and everything in it should look the part. Be nice to get more cafe's and small retail if possible... the annex land could become a hub or a park/gathering place or other contribution to making Apponaug a full-featured village concept? Increase the speed bumps so drivers will only drive there if they stopping there. Improve water access for walking paths if possible too. Avedisian admin did well fixing up city hall and the circulator, lets keep the progress rolling as much as practical.
