Per capita state budget...RI approx $10400....FLa...about $4800.

Property tax in RI for nearly the same evaluation in FLa....Warwick...$12,800...FL....$4600.

So if we spend so much more...why are we struggling to have reasonable response times??? Probably difficult to get there when they are at the market buying their supper...lunch...menu...
