Since the cost to homeowners is tied to the price of oil per barrel, now at 107.00, now is not the time. At what point do you stop burdening homeonwners? If sewers cost 10,000 and could be spread over 20 years, fine. But when sewers cost 15-20,000 and then another 3-4000 to hook up and then hundreds a year in fees.....that's too expensive for sewers. Maybe Gallucci will pay for my sewer assessment?
