Ann-Marie Hoar and Mark Vincent Brasil were united in marriage February 8, 2014 by Laurie Gibson. A small, intimate ceremony took place at St. Francis of Assisi Chapel at The Mission Inn Hotel, Riverside, Calif.
The bride is the daughter of Ronald and Virginia Hoar of Moreno Valley, Calif. She is a graduate of Norte Vista High School, Riverside, and California State University, Fullerton. She is currently employed at Rite of Passage.
The groom is the son of Mark Edward and the late Laura Ann Brasil of Jamestown. He is a graduate of North Kingstown High School. He is a detective with the University of Rhode Island Police Department.
The bride wore an ivory strapless gown accented with a pink bouquet.
The couple will be holding a second ceremony in Rhode Island on June 27, 2015 in Narragansett followed by a reception in North Kingstown. They reside in Jamestown.
