Hands That Heal RI, a non-profit animal welfare organization, provides financial assistance for veterinary care and free pet food to low-income families, senior citizens and homeless pet owners, will hold its Seventh Annual “Show Us Your Heart” community luncheon, Saturday, Feb. 16 at 1 p.m. at the Scituate Community House, 546 West Greenville Road, North Scituate.
Food and refreshments will be served. Suggested donation is $5 or a potluck dish. All proceeds go directly for the care of animals. For more information, contact Lauren Young at 647-2702 or email: handsthathealri@aol.com.
