The Apponaug Pride 14U softball team competed on April 12 in the Rhode Island Amateur Softball Association (RIASA) Spring Travel League at Winslow Park.
They had a great start to the spring season with two wins against the Mayhem girls’ softball team. Kate Hawes and Amelia Beauchemin pitched great games to assist in the victories. All nine girls in the lineup did their part with the bats to get on base and drive in runs.
