There is an Art Camp for children ages 6-12 through August 16 on weekdays from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Creative kids crave summer stimulation, and that’s what they’ll get with art workshops like Make a monster, painting, jewelry making, drawing, improv comedy, cartooning and more. Camp runs Monday to Friday with three weeklong workshops at 9-11, 11:30-1:30, 2-4. Workshops are taught by experienced instructors with emphasis on trying new materials, stretching imaginations and having fun in a safe, encouraging atmosphere. Cost of each weeklong workshop is $80; cost for a week of three workshops is $225 (a savings of $15). Registration is easy by phone with MasterCard or Visa, or stop by with cash or check.
