On Saturday, Altieri became just the fourth wresler in state history to win four state championships, as he took the top prize at 120 pounds to finish off his career as one of the best ever.
“It’s hard to explain the feeling, Altieri said. “It’s just so exciting. When I got my hand raised, it was a great feeling.”
