Due to an administrative error, A City Council Ward 5 ballot has been issued with a candidate who was not eligible to be placed on the ballot due to not returning the proper required signatures. Therefore when going to cast your ballot whether it be Mail Ballot, Early in person voting or at the Polls on Election Day, City Council Ward 5, Edgar N. Ladouceur is the only candidate that is eligible to have his name appear printed on the ballot. The Board of Canvasser’s regrets this error and apologizes to those affected.
