BankNewport has upgraded its online banking to provide customers with a superior and innovative technology experience. eBanking includes new features and enhanced functionality to allow customers to navigate the system with ease and have the ability to manage their accounts quickly, securely, and with added customization based on their preferences.
Similar to BankNewport’s website, eBanking technology is consistent across all devices, whether the customer is using a computer, tablet or smartphone. The responsiveness optimizes the screen size and orientation of the devices as well.
eBanking upgrades include customer ability to deactivate and activate a lost or stolen ATM/debit card, enable research options for effective account management, and support improved transaction filtering. In addition, eBanking allows personal and business single sign-on integration, thus providing business owners with the ability to have one User ID access to their personal and business accounts. eBanking enhancements also include a free feature named Manage My Money where customers can track file transfers, expenses, and create budgets for their personal and business banking.
This winter, BankNewport will launch iMobile, its new Mobile Banking App that will feature the same capabilities as eBanking, along with enhanced viewing and usability from all mobile devices.
BankNewport’s eBanking Center will be open extended hours during the upgrade period beginning this Thursday with representatives available from Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. or call 845-8616 or 877-709-2265 (option 4) outside Newport County. eBanking Professionals will also available to assist customers at all BankNewport branch locations.
