To the Editor:
Many years ago, I wrote a letter to the Beacon, urging people from Warwick to vote for George Zainyeh because Linc Chafee was playing Santa Claus to all the city employees, giving out raises, benefits and cost of living increases just to get re-elected. The letter was titled “Teacher’s pet.”
Now, as Governor, he has to clean up the mess that he helped to create.
How does that old saying go, “What comes around, goes around.”
