To the Editor:
Hillary Clinton announced her run for the presidency with a promise to serve as the “champion” of everyday Americans.
Webster’s New World Dictionary defines “champion” as: a winner of first place in a competition; excelling all others; gladiator.
If Mrs. Clinton thinks she’s a model of a “champion” for all Americans, count me out!
Do we want another “commander in chief who spins, lies, cover-ups with scandals, to mislead “We the People?”
Benghazi was spun with lies, cover-ups and scandal that we still don’t know the truth. Her emails from the State Department that have been erased from her private server, is nothing short of a criminal act. She lied when she said she was dead broke when she and her husband left the White House. When, in fact, she was receiving $250,000 per speech as a private citizen and the list goes on.
Wake up, America; four more years with Clinton and this nation is toast!
Finally, remember Hillary Clinton is a yesterday candidate and yesterday is over and we need not ever go back!
Her track record is one of secretary, scandals and failure, and our country deserves better!
