Coralie Dudley Kraetzer, 99, of Warwick, passed away on Thursday morning, July 29, 2021, at Sunny View Nursing Home in Warwick. Born in Brookline, MA, she was the daughter of the late Hayden and Louise Dudley. She was the loving wife of the late Warren Arnold Kraetzer.

Coralie worked as a Registered Nurse, her last place of employment before retiring at the age of 70, was the Institute of Mental Health in Cranston. She was a longtime member of the Warwick Central Baptist Church and was also a longstanding member of the Warwick Neck Country Club, the Warwick Neck Garden Club, McDermott Pool and Al-Anon. She earned a BS in Nursing from University of Colorado, Boulder. She was first licensed as a nurse in the state of New York. One of her first positions a nurse and public health educator was with Margaret Sanger, the family planning pioneer. Coralie went on to work in the pediatrics and mental health. She was a free spirit and continued to keep her mind and body active by walking Oakland Beach, having lunch with her sisters, friends and family and taking piano lessons into her 90s. Coralie was an avid golfer and followed the major golf tournaments. She spent most of her childhood summers with relatives at the Arnolda community in Charlestown, RI. She loved to and was able to visit Russia, France, England, and Bermuda. She earned a BS in Nursing from University of Colorado, Boulder. She was first licensed as a nurse in the state of New York. One of her first positions a nurse and public Health Educator was with Margaret Sanger, the family planning pioneer. Coralie went on to work in the pediatrics and mental health.

She is predeceased by her first born daughter Christine D. Siebold. She is survived by her beloved daughters, Coralie H. Burgoon of South Kingstown, Lillian K. Peck of Mercer Island, WA and Wendy S. Dubin of Plymouth, MA, her grandchildren: Lara C. Kula, Jess Burgoon, Brian D. Peck, Kelly C. Peck, Abraham M. Dubin, Isaac W. Dubin, Hannah R. Dubin, and her great-grandchildren, Jon Kula, Scott Kula, and Disa M. Peck. She was the sister of the late June Dudley, May Otis, and Harriet Arnold.

Coralie’s Family would like to thank the staff of Brookdale West Bay, Sunny View Nursing Home, and Hope Hospice, for their loving support and care.

Her Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, August 5, 2021, at 2 p.m. at The Urquhart-Murphy Funeral Home, 800 Greenwich Avenue, Warwick. Interment will be private. Visitation, gathering and greeting will be held prior to the service from 1 p.m. - 2 p.m..
