The Courtyard by Marriott in Warwick was recently honored with the TripAdvisor® Certificate of Excellence for 2013. The accolade, which honors hospitality excellence, is given only to establishments that consistently achieve outstanding traveler reviews on TripAdvisor, and is extended to qualifying businesses worldwide. Approximately 10 percent of accommodations listed on TripAdvisor receive this prestigious award.
The 92-room Courtyard Warwick is managed by Waterford Hotel Group, a national hotel and convention center management firm.
To qualify for the Certificate of Excellence, businesses must maintain an overall rating of 4 or higher out of a possible 5, as reviewed by travelers on TripAdvisor. Additional criteria include the volume of reviews received within the last 12 months.
“Our associates take great pride in consistently offering an exceptional experience to all of our guests,” Sean Riccard, general manager for the Courtyard Warwick, said in a statement. “It’s great to know that so many of our customers love what we do, and want to let others know, too.”
